Ward Homes has launched an affordable homes offer at its Origins development in Ashford, Kent.

On Saturday August 9th, Ward Homes will be promoting a new low-cost home ownership scheme called MyChoiceHomeBuy.

This is designed to make buying a property more affordable for first time buyers. The event starts at 11:00 and end at 16:00 BST, and includes a barbeque.

Prices start at £130,000 for a one-bedroom property. But with MyChoiceHomeBuy, the property can be bought for £65,000. Price correct at time of publication.

"MyChoiceHomeBuy enables buyers to own their own home from as little as 50 per cent of the purchase price," said a spokesperson for Ward Homes.

The offer is available to households that have an income ranging between £20,000 and £60,000.

Moreover, there is no deposit to pay and there is a £1,500 contribution towards the cost of moving.

Origins is located close to Ashford town centre and is within easy reach of local amenities and travel links.
