Landlords urged to check out Skyline Plaza, Basingstoke

The success of Berkeley Homes' Skyline Plaza is a reflection of the strength of the UK's rental market, it has been claimed.

According to the housebuilder, Skyline Plaza in Basingstoke is proof that good quality homes in the right location are attractive to those in the property investment sector.

More than eight in ten homes at Skyline Plaza have already been sold and investors are being urged to make a move.

Berkeley consultant Ben Biggs said: "We would strongly recommend any potential landlords to explore Skyline Plaza.

"We have good quality tenants waiting to secure all styles of apartment on this popular development."

Berkeley believes that landlords should be able to cash in on young professional couples looking for somewhere to live that is close to Basingstoke's core business and leisure districts.

Commuters will be pleased to know that Basingstoke station is within walking distance, providing trains to London Waterloo.

There is also the M3 motorway, which leads to London, Southampton and Portsmouth.

Skyline Plaza is the former headquarters of IBM and now comprises 225 apartments and penthouses.
