New homes by Linden in Farnham Royal have proved to be very popular and potential buyers are being urged to register their interest before the last of the properties disappear.

Known as The Grange, the Buckinghamshire development's first phase comprises 36, two, three and four-bedroom homes.

Phase two consists of an additional five family homes, three of which have already been snapped up.

According to Linden, the homes have attracted families and young professionals, who were drawn to the "picturesque" village setting, proximity to good schools and transport links.

"The homes at Farnham Royal were extremely popular from the outset," remarked Helen Todd, Linden sales director.

Buckinghamshire was ranked as the top county in a recent Halifax Quality of Life Survey. According to the land registry, house prices in the county have risen 4.1 per cent in the past year.
