George Wimpey is offering special deals to help first time buyers get on the housing ladder at its new Pulse development in Romford, Essex.

Customers who reserve a one, two or three-bedroom apartment can choose from a range of initiatives that suit their particular needs.

Deals include the homebuyer paying for 75 per cent of the price with the remaining 25 per cent converted into an interest-free loan.

Tina Dedman, regional sales adviser, said that many first time buyers falsely believe they cannot afford to buy a home.

"We offer a range of initiatives to make home ownership easy for first time buyers, even if they have no deposit to put down," she stated.

Rail commuters will be pleased to know that Pulse is a 17-minute train journey from London's Liverpool Street Station. For those that drive to work, the A12, M25 and M11 are all within easy reach.
