Last two, says Kebbell

Kebbell Homes has advised those looking to buy a new home in Darlington that at its new Greenhills development at Cleveland Terrace in the town there are just two left unsold.

The two are both apartments, one on the first floor and one on the second, located in the west end of the town near the railway station and many other amenities.

Sales and marketing director at Kebbell Homes, Gin Roaf, commented: "The two apartment buildings were carefully designed so that they fitted comfortably with the local vernacular yet with an interior specification that would impress the most demanding of city dwellers."

The firm states that it is also offering buyer incentives such as a mortgage subsidy and a five per cent deposit paid deal.

Amenities in Darlington include the huge South Park, through which the River Skene runs, while those living in the town can easily commute to locations such as Middlesbrough and Richmond.
