Barratt Homes development could appeal to Manchester families

Families in Greater Manchester who are considering moving home may wish to consider a new development at the Knightsbridge Park development in Dukinfield.

Barratt Manchester has a number of properties available on the new site, including a mid-mews home reduced by almost £30,000 to £149,950.

"They really are lovely properties - they offer a lot for a couple or a growing family," said sales director for Barratt's Helen Roundhouse.

According to Barratt, the homes have south-facing rear gardens and come supplied with carpets, light fittings and blinds.

A four-bedroom end mews property is also available for £156,500, reduced from £185,450.
