'Yes, you can move' is the message of Redrow's new nationwide campaign aiming to encourage potential homeowners to buy a brand new property.
The company is offering financial incentives and advice to first time buyers and families thinking of moving, including the ability to defer up to a quarter of the property's price for a decade in selected areas. Assistance with deposits, stamp duty and moving costs is also being covered by the firm.
Chief executive of Redrow Neil Fitzsimmons said the company had in place "confident solutions" to purchase problems.
"It's a time of opportunity for homebuyers to take advantage of some attractive deals that are currently available and secure themselves a brand new home that will save them money on their heating and fuel bills," he added.
Redrow recently announced a new part-exchange offer for residents looking to move to a new property in Milton Keynes. The company stated that it will take care of selling the buyer's existing home to help ease the moving process.
