Historic town could interest first-time buyers

Lincolnshire's Brooklands development could be of interest to potential homeowners looking to move in to a new property.

The homes are located in the town of Gainsborough and builder Miller Homes has a variety of three and four-bedroom houses available in the development, which the company says has been designed to give it a "community feel".

Prices for the new properties start at £135,000 and could make the historic area, which boasts good transport links and a new shopping centre attractive to first-time buyers.

Sales manager for Miller Homes Yorkshire Jan Hanaby said Gainsborough has increased in popularity in recent years.

"Brooklands has been cleverly positioned on the outskirts of Gainsborough so that potential customers can escape all the hustle and bustle of the town centre," she added.

Buyers looking for new homes in the Kent area may be interested to learn that Bryant Homes has opened two new showhomes at its Great Easthall development, which is also set to feature a number of apartments.
