Two new show homes are now available for viewing at the Woodlands Grange development in Bromborough, on the Wirral.

The properties, built by Redrow Homes, are both fully furnished in order to give potential owners an idea of the layout of the properties.

"We conducted some research among visitors to our website and found that more than half of home hunters still consider a show home to be better than things like models," said Redrow Homes (South West) sales manager Elaine Mounsey.

The three-bedroom Farnell show home features and open plan kitchen, dining and living area and a similar property is available on the development for £199,950.

A detached single garage and ready-made loft conversion are the main attractions of the four-bedroom Hambledon property, which is currently available for £249,950.
