Gladedale offer concerned buyers a Safety Net

Buyers who wish to move into a new home but are worried about the problem of selling their existing property may be interested in a new promotion from homebuilder Gladedale.

The company, whose north-west branch is currently building a number of homes in areas such as Cheshire, Staffordshire and Greater Manchester, are offering buyers the chance to take advantage of its Safety Net scheme if they chose to buy a new home at one of the developments.

Sales director for Gladedale North West Michaela Lancaster said that the scheme will help remove the stress of buying a new home.

"The great thing about Safety Net is that you will be free to accept a higher offer than one agreed with Gladedale," she added.

Meanwhile, rival homebuilder Barratts has also introduced a range of financial incentives designed to help buyers looking to move into a new property.

The firm is offering a free moving service and a 100 per cent home exchange promotion for buyers who purchase a property at its Saddlers development in Billingshurst.ADNFCR-1100-ID-18792297-ADNFCR
