'Primo' homes for north-east buyers

Residents of north-east England looking to get on the housing market may like to consider a range of new "affordable" housing developments in the region.

Homebuilder Gladedale has launched its portfolio of Primo family homes, which it states have been "designed to cater for a wide range of homebuyers".

Richard Jones, sales director for Gladedale in north-east England said that the homes were ideal for first-time buyers and families.

"[They offer] the perfect combination of location and quality homes, with excellent value for money," he added.

A variety of one, two and three-bedroom semi-detached houses are available at various developments in the area, which the company has said feature high insulation ratings to help keep fuel costs down.

Additionally, a range of finance options are on offer to potential buyers looking to purchase a property, including part-exchanges and fixed-rate mortgages.

The company also recently announced its Safety Net scheme in the north-west to help buyers sell their existing properties.ADNFCR-1100-ID-18796839-ADNFCR
