The Stone Rise development in Kent could appeal to first-time buyers looking to make their first steps onto the property ladder.

Homebuilder Countryside Properties has a variety of one and two-bedroom apartments available at the site, with prices starting from £129,900.

According to the company, all apartments in the development are designed in a "practical, modern style" with "open plan layouts", while all of the two-bedroom properties feature two bathrooms.

Parking bays and cycle storage areas have also been provided and the site is located in the village of Stone, which offers good rail links to nearby towns and cities.

Each apartment has also been designed to be energy-efficient, with low energy lighting and, insulation and efficient boilers.
