Basingstoke-based residents in the market for a new home could be interested in a "staggering" one-day offer at a number of developments in the area.
Houses at the Marnel Park and Bramley Green developments will be on offer from George Wimpey, with prices starting at £109,995 for a one-bedroom property and £240,000 for a three-bedroom home.
The promotion is taking place on Sunday 5th October and, according to the developer, reservations will be on a first come, first served basis, so potential buyers are being encouraged to pre-register their interest as soon as possible.
"This really is a chance of a lifetime to purchase a fantastic home at an extraordinary price," said regional sales and marketing director Tim Betts.
"We are encouraging buyers to register their interest now," he added.
Elsewhere in the country, first-time buyers are being urged by developer Countryside Properties to consider the builder's apartments at its Stone Rise site.
