The current property market is ideal for investors looking to make overseas purchases, a property advice website has stated.
According to BuyAssociation, some homes on new build developments in countries such as Spain have been selling for roughly 45 per cent of their market value, meaning professional investors are likely to "thrive" due to the offers available.
Property editor for BuyAssociation Paul Collins stated that the fall in the market has resulted in property becoming available at "some really good developments that you wouldn't necessarily be able to get access to".
And Mr Collins also urged investors to consider making purchases in "prime locations".
"Look at places like Paris, California, LA, Miami because there are developments available that people need to sell so you can get some good deals," he remarked.
Property television show presenter Amanda Lamb recently stated that now is a good a time as any to buy property abroad, due to the number of "bargains" available.
