A new property development in Ipswich is offering purchasers who are able to work from home an "innovative" opportunity.

The Voyage site, which is located alongside the River Gripping and is 500m from Ipswich train station, features a range of one and two-bedroom apartments, many of which feature office areas from which residents can work without travelling.

Prices at Voyage, which has been developed by homebuilder Fairview, start at £133,000, with the two-bedroom apartments being spread over three floors and featuring open plan living and dining areas on the second floor, while the ground floor contains a cloakroom and "spacious" work area.

According to Fairview, "superior fixtures and fittings" are used in all the properties, with "luxury" kitchen units and integrated appliances available to purchasers, along with door-entry systems and private parking.

Two-bedroom apartments are also available at a Redrow development in Leighton Buzzard, which the homebuilder states is ideally-located for those needing to commute to London.ADNFCR-1100-ID-18816558-ADNFCR
