New homes are selling fast at a property development in Bracknell, with seven houses remaining for purchase in phase one of the site.
Imperial Heights, located within Jennett's Park, features a variety of apartments and houses that could tempt buyers looking to move in to a new home, with prices for a two-bedroom apartment starting at £164,995.
Other properties available from homebuilder Redrow include a four-bedroom 'Venford' home priced from £419,995 and a three-storey, four-bedroom 'Neale' townhouse available from £299,995.
Area sales manager for Redrow Homes Holly Finer described the development - which is located 20 minutes away from Reading - as "very popular".
"The emphasis is very much on creating a whole new community, with half of the development set aside for open space, retained woodland and recreational areas," she remarked.
Elsewhere in the country, developer George Wimpey has one property remaining at The Glade in Little Plumstead, near Norwich.
