A property development designed to encourage residents to "embrace 21st-century living" will be open to potential buyers next month, it has emerged.
Fairview New Homes' Concept site in Farnborough, Hampshire, features a mixture of apartments and townhouses, with a new show apartment open to visitors between Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th of November.
According to the developer, the properties - which range from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom townhouses - have been "carefully designed to maximise space and light".
Prices for the new homes start at £206,250 if buyers take advantage of Fairview's Flying Start programme, a shared equity scheme that allows purchasers to own 100 per cent of the property while only paying 75 per cent of the price.
The concept development's location makes the M3 and M25 "easily accessible", while commuters travelling to London can travel to Waterloo station in approximately half an hour.
Those seeking a property designed with the environment in mind may wish to consider Barratt Homes's Elysian Fields in Northampton, which utilises features such as hot water provided by solar power.
