Buyers considering working from home may wish to consider a new development in Ipswich, where the director of an acupuncture clinic has recently purchased a new property.

Wayne Johnson bought a three-storey, two-bedroom home at the new Modus site, where the last property has recently been sold.

However homebuilder Fairview New Homes has similar properties available at the Voyage development on Ranelagh Road, where 14 properties are now available for purchase.

Prices start at £133,000, but buyers eligible to take advantage of the builder's flying start scheme can purchase a home for £99,750.

"I'd really recommend a live/work home. They are absolutely perfect for someone who wants to set up a small business from home, as they are so practical and convenient," Mr Johnson stated.

Elsewhere, a property development in Farnborough, Hampshire is offering buyers a chance to "embrace 21st-century living", with a mixture of apartments and townhouses available for purchase.ADNFCR-1100-ID-18863863-ADNFCR
