Barratt has announced a special ladies' day event at its Eton Green development in Cippenham.

The homebuilder will be providing Indian food and manicures at the event on Thursday November 20th.

Two, three and four-bedroom homes are on offer at the site - as well as one-bedroom apartments - with prices starting at £169,995.

And moving incentives such as a 100 per cent home exchange package including free furniture removal have also been put in place by the developer.

Managing director of Barratt Southern Counties Trevor Sawyer stated that female buyers were "key influencers" on property purchasers.

"Our development is already popular and provides the perfect combination of location and specification. We believe the wide variety of homes available is responsible for this success," he remarked.

Properties targeted at home workers are on sale in Ipswich, where prices for one of the 14 properties available start at £133,000, or £99,750 with the firm's flying start scheme.ADNFCR-1100-ID-18866126-ADNFCR
