A new homes development in St Neots is the latest location to offer financial incentives to buyers looking to purchase a property.

Miller Homes has announced its MiWay scheme is now available at its Miller@St Neots site, where two, three, four and five-bedroom homes are available from £127,462 for a two-bedroom 'Rowling' house.

Properties at the development offer "well-designed living spaces" along with excellent quality fixtures and fittings, the housebuilder stated.

The MiWay initiative - which is available on selected plots at the site - enables buyers to pay 75 per cent of the property's value, while Miller Homes will pay the remaining quarter for up to a decade or until the house is sold.

In related news, Barratt Homes recently secured planning permission for a new housing development in Croydon.

Work on the site, which will feature one and two-bedroom apartments - is set to begin in the spring of next year.
