Fairview New Homes has opened a new property development in Royal Tunbridge Wells, which may be of interested to buyers looking for a new home in Kent.
The Grand Central site consists of 61 two-bedroom apartments, as well as four four-bedroom townhouses - all of which have been sold - in what the homebuilder has described as "one of the most desirable locations in Kent".
And Fairview New Homes has a financial initiative in place for those looking to buy a new home in the form of its Flying Start incentive, which allows purchasers to buy 100 per cent of a home while only paying 75 per cent of its value.
"Flying Start is a great way for first-time buyers to join the property ladder," sales director for the firm Jim Holliday noted.
A similar scheme is in place at a housing development in St Neots, where buyers can take advantage of Miller Homes' MiWay initiative.
