A number of property developments across Yorkshire could be ideal destinations for buyers looking to move into a new home, it has been suggested.

Housebuilder Redrow Homes has a number of sites across the county which could tempt buyers, including the West 12 site in Wortley, which is located close to Leeds city centre.

Prices for a two-bedroom apartment at the development start at £115,995, with parking facilities included for buyers.

Sales director for Redrow in Yorkshire Patsy Aicken noted that the current market is one of "opportunity" for buyers.

"With some excellent incentives and unbelievably low prices available on new-build - including plenty of properties below the new stamp duty threshold - it's definitely a buyer's market," she remarked.
