Barratt Homes is offering potential buyers at a site in Knaresborough a number of incentives to encourage them to purchase a new home.
Free carpets, cash discounts and no stamp duty are among the offers in place at the Hay-a-park development, where prices for a four-bedroom property begin at £419,995.
As part of the housebuilder's autumn windfall offer, 100 per cent part exchange or cash back offers are available on selected plots, provided buyers reserve their home before November 28th.
Sales director for Barratt Yorkshire East Paul Hogan stated the firm was able to offer homes that are "just about ready to move into".
"Our autumn windfall offer provides the perfect solution for those buyers who are keen to complete before Christmas," he explained.
Barratt recently hosted a ladies' day event at its Eton Green development in Cippenham, where women were offered Indian food and manicures as they looked around the development's show home.
