A trade-in scheme aimed at property buyers looking to move into a new home has been launched at a new homes site in St Helens.

Scholars Way, located in the Windle area, features a number of properties, including the five-bedroom detached Deveron home, which is available under Miller Homes' 100 per cent part exchange deal.

Sales manager for Miller Gillian Gardiner stated that the house builder will provide an offer to purchase a buyer's existing property within seven days.

"If your house is worth £308,000 or less you could have an easy route to live in luxury at Scholars Way," she explained, noting that buyers will only have to pay the difference - a minimum of £132,000 - to enable them to move in.

Miller has similar incentives in place at developments around the country, including a site in St Neots where a two-bedroom home can be purchased for £127,462.ADNFCR-1100-ID-18875499-ADNFCR
