Property buyers looking for a new home in Edinburgh may wish to consider The Strada - a new development where "competitive deals" are currently in place.
House builder Gladedale is offering potential buyers a range of incentives, including a £500 mortgage subsidy for 12 months and shared equity opportunities.
Sales manager for Gladedale Jackie Morrison stated that the incentives currently in place are "really unmissable", for both first-time buyers and property investors, adding: "The three and four-bedroom townhouses in particular would suit young families keen to get a foot on the property ladder and still have space to grow."
Properties at the Strada start at £188,000 for a two-bedroom apartment, while three and four-bedroom townhouses can be purchased from £245,000.
Many of the townhouses include features such as private balconies and rooftop deck areas.
Elsewhere in the country, George Wimpey's Castleford development near Market Drayton orders three-storey, four-bedroom homes, with prices starting at £225,000.
