Berkeley Homes has announced it is to hold a Christmas carol concert at one of its property developments in Portsmouth.
The Royal Clarence Marina in Portsmouth Harbour will play host to the event, which is set to take place on Saturday December 20th between 1730 and 1930 GMT.
Visitors to the site will also have the chance to look round Berkeley's penthouse show apartment in Flagstaff House, a recently-opened building containing 22 two-bedroom apartments.
Described by the developer as "a beautifully designed Georgian-style building", the Flagstaff House's show apartment benefits from "light-filled rooms" and "plenty of space", as well as Berkely Homes "renowned" attention to detail.
Prices for a property at the development - which is located close to the Gunwharf Quays shopping centre - start at £225,000 for a two-bedroom home and £315,000 for a penthouse property.
Elsewhere in the country, properties at Berkeley's Horizon development in Rustington include "luxury" features such as under-floor heating, the developer has stated.
