A property builder has revealed further details of a new housing development to be constructed in Watford.
Barratt North London's Symonds Park development on Cow Lane will feature 223 new homes, including one and two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom houses, along with approximately 17,000 sq ft of commercial space featuring a creche and gymnasium.
"We have been building new homes in Watford now for ten years; we are delighted to be bringing a further 154 private apartments and houses and 69
affordable homes to the town," managing director of Barratt North London Glyn Hopping remarked.
Buyers who are considering purchasing a new-build home at the development may wish to note that it provides easy access to the M1 and M25, while Watford's train station is a short walk away.
Barratt Homes recently announced that Father Christmas will be making an appearance at its College Green development in Cippenham, where prices for a two-bedroom home start at £210,000.
