Homes at a property development in Brierley Hill, Dudley have been reduced as part of a seasonal promotion, it has been announced.
Barratt West Midland's Merryfields site features a variety of properties, including two-bedroom apartments which now start at £99,950 and a three-storey, three-bedroom house priced at £174,950 - just under the recently-announced stamp duty threshold.
The 'Bromwich' two-bedroom apartment features a "contemporary" kitchen and "large" master bedroom, while the 'Norbury' townhouse - of which there is only one left available - includes a "spacious" living and dining area as well as the potential for a dressing area or nursery on the second floor.
"These new cuts on the Norbury and Bromwich properties are hugely competitive and really reflect the fact there is no better time to buy at the moment," Graydon Worthing of Barratt West Midlands stated.
In related news today, Barratt has announced that its Symonds Park development in Watford will feature 69 low-cost properties.
