A sales executive for one house builder is to open a new show home at a development in Goole, it has emerged.
Carol Cosgrove of Gladedale South Yorkshire is to set to unlock the doors to the property at Acorn Grange to allow buyers the opportunity to view the home before it opens officially in the New Year.
The four-bedroom 'Bradford' style property will give buyers an example of what they can expect from other homes at the site, which features one and two-bedroom apartments as well as three and four-bedroom houses.
Sales manager for Gladedale Gina Holmes said that the developer currently has a range of financial incentives in place for buyers, as those who buy before Christmas will not have to complete contracts until January 2009.
"We want the transition [to a new home] to be as stress-free and easy as possible," she remarked, adding that Acorn Grange's range of homes will suit both young families and professionals.
Gladedale also has incentives in place at The Strada in Edinburgh, where prices start from £188,000.
