A show home at a property development in Barton upon Humber has been furnished with "fashionable" furniture to give viewers an idea of the potential of the property, developer Redrow Homes has stated.
The house builder's four-bedroom 'Langdale' property at its Fox's Fold site has also been decorated using a colour palette of "minimalist" white, black and hot mustard after the company's online survey revealed 55 per cent of prospective buyers prefer to view a show home rather than use computer-generated images or DVD fly-throughs.
"It's been designed with the growing family in mind or even young professionals looking for a home that has that 'wow' factor," Guiselle Ledgard of Redrow Homes remarked, describing the property as "delectable".
Prices for a home at Fox's Fold currently start at £144,999 for a two-bedroom property, while houses comparable to the Langdale are available from £179,999.
Redrow recently announced that its newly-opened show home at a development in Bristol features the company's new range of fixtures and fittings.
