Buyers considering purchasing a family home at the Honeybourne Park development in Brierley Hill, Dudley will have to move quickly as there are now only four four-bedroom properties available at the site.

The Barratt Homes development features two 'Ruby' detached properties, which are built over three stories and include a breakfast kitchen, separate dining room and en-suite bathroom for the master bedroom.

Also available is one 'Emerald' style house, which included all the features of the Ruby property but comes with the added advantage of an attached garage.

Sales director for Barratt West Midlands Graydon Worthing explained that those thinking of purchasing one of these properties "should not delay".

"This really is the last chance to live in a spacious, four-bedroom, detached family home at the development," he added.

Prices for a four-bedroom home house at Honeybourne Park start at £149,950, with the 'Ruby' and 'Emerald' house types both costing £199,950.

Buyers looking for a more affordable home in the West Midlands may wish to consider Barratt's Westminster Place site, where prices start at £85,750.ADNFCR-1100-ID-18936429-ADNFCR
