A property development in Bradford is to host an event giving potential purchasers the chance to explore the variety of house buying incentives currently on the market.
Sales advisors from Miller Homes will be present at the house builder's Valley Gardens site on December 20th and 21st to answer any questions buyers may have before they purchase a home.
Area sales manager for Miller Homes Jan Hanaby stated that the weekends will be running at sites across Yorkshire, adding that "the sheer quantity of offerings can be confusing and ultimately distract buyers from their original goal of buying a home".
Those who attend the development will also be able to explore the Valley Gardens development, where prices start at £63,000 under Miller's MiWay initiative.
Another new homes site where a builder has buyer incentives in place is Torre Marine in Torquay.
Prices at the Barratt Homes development start at £124,000.
