A new show apartment at a property development in Bournemouth is now open to the public, it has been announced.
Barratt Homes has completed its two-bedroom apartment at Honeycombe Beach and visitors to the site are now able to look around the fully-furnished property, which is priced at £289,995.
Included in the home is a balcony leading from the lounge/dining room, en-suite bathroom and a porcelain tile floor running throughout the property, with the exception of the carpeted bedrooms.
Sales director for Barratt Mark Docherty explained that Honeycombe Beach - which will feature 169 seafront homes upon completion - offers "the best in luxury living".
"The development comes with secure underground parking, a 24-hour concierge service and an on-site gym," he explained, adding that private beach huts will soon be accompanying selected plots at the site.
Those seeking a similar development in London may be attracted to Berkeley Homes' West 3 London Apartments site, which offers a 24-hour concierge and car rental service.
