Those looking to purchase a property in Stoke-on-Trent may wish to consider visiting Churchill Park, where properties will be available as part of the developer's winter sale.
House Builder Barratt Mercia is holding the event on December 27th - 28th and will be reducing prices of properties at the site.
Buyers will be able to purchase a one-bedroom apartment for £79,950, while three-bedroom, three-storey townhouses will be available from £179,000.
Selected homes will also be included in Barratt's part-exchange deal, meaning the house builder will purchase the buyer's existing property, provided it is under £250,000 and worth no more than 70 per cent of their new home.
Sales director for Barratt Mercia Chris Ashmore encouraged visitors to the site to view the "beautiful" show home when they look around, adding: "I would encourage anyone to come and have a look over the weekend to see the life they could lead in Stoke."
Buyers looking for an affordable home may also wish to consider Barratt's Westminster Place development in Birmingham, where prices begin at £85,750.
