Midlands property buyers looking to save money on a new home may wish to visit a Coventry development, where discounts on new homes will be available at the end of the month.
Barratt Mercia is offering a special two-day winter sale at its Brookfields site in Keresley on December 27th-28th, meaning buyers will be able to purchase the one-bedroom Argyll home for £118,500 - a saving of £29,600.
Included in the property - which consists of a double bedroom, separate bathroom, kitchen and lounge/dining area - are fully-fitted carpets, a washer dryer and an oven, as well as a garage.
Sales director for Barratt Mercia Chris Ashmore explained that a "genuine" sale from a house builder is not a common occurrence.
"This is a great price for a new home in a very convenient location," he remarked, noting that the site is located close to both Coventry city centre and the A444.
A similar event is also taking place at a Barratt development in Stoke, where homes can be purchased from £79,950.
