Overseas property buyers looking to purchase a home in Spain may wish to take advantage of a new cashback deal currently available from Spanish Hot Properties.
The company is offering the special Christmas incentive to those who look to purchase a property up until January 21st next year, meaning some buyers will be receiving up to three per cent back from the firm.
Homes in Costa del sol, Mallorca, and Costa Blanca are included in the promotion, which - according to marketing and operations manager for Spanish Hot Properties Susana Suspenda - gives clients a "major benefit" from the commission received on a transaction.
"The cashback is between 1.5 per cent and three per cent and Spanish Hot Properties give a full cashback certificate once a client has reserved a property," she explained.
A survey conducted by Globaledge earlier this month suggests there may be plenty of interest in the offer, as Spain was found to be the most popular overseas property destination among English-speaking internet users.
