A variety of property developments across the north-west have been identified by one housebuilder as being ideal for buyers looking to "start afresh" in the new year.
Redrow Homes believes that its developments, including Stamford Brook in Altrincham and Cooper Court in Stockport, will suit every type of buyer.
The Stamford Brook site, which will feature seven hectares of woodland and open spaces, includes two-bedroom apartments priced from £124,950, while buyers looking for something larger can opt for a three or four-bedroom terraced and semi-detached houses from £239,995.
Prices at the Cooper Court site - which is located three miles from Stockport and features two and three-bedroom houses and two-bed apartments - start at £129,950.
Sales director Christine Aitken stated that it is currently a "time of opportunity" for buyers and urged them to "take advantage of some of the attractive deals that are currently available".
Elsewhere in the north-west, properties at Miller Homes' Birkacre park - where a five-bedroom home can be purchased for under £300,000 - are included in the developer's part exchange scheme.
