North-west property buyers hoping to move into a fully-furnished house may wish to consider a new offer from Miller Homes, which is available at two developments in Liverpool.

The developer has announced it will prepare selected homes at its Bridgewater Park site in Netherley and Conaught Green development in Anfield to showhome standard at no extra cost to the buyer.

Three-bedroom homes - including the Newton, Kitchener and Darwin housetypes - are available in the deal, which will see an interior design studio offering a bespoke interior design and furniture service to purchasers.

"[This] means people can move straight in and feel right at home," sales manager for Miller Homes Helen Toher-Horne explained, adding that the design and installation can be completed "in a matter of weeks".

Buyers looking for a property elsewhere in the north-west may be interested in Miller Homes' Birkacre Park site.
