Visitors to a property development in Stoke on Trent now have the benefit of being able to look at showhomes at the site, after builder Barratt Mercia opened two properties for public viewing.
Both of the homes at Churchill Park - which follow the Sutton and Kentmere styles - consist of three bedrooms and are spread over three storeys, with the Kentmere property also benefiting from an integral garage.
Sales director for Barratt Homes Chris Ashmore explained that a showhome is a "very important visual tool" for potential buyers.
"Not only does it allow purchasers to see the final product, but it also helps them to envisage exactly what it could be like to live here," he remarked.
Prices for a property at the development - which is located three miles from the centre of Stoke on Trent - start from £111,500 for a one-bedroom apartment, while three-bedroom houses can be purchased from £146,500.
Barratt recently held a special sale event at Churchill Park, which saw one-bedroom apartments available for £79,950 for a limited time.
