The showhome of a property development in Sheffield is to be reduced in price during January, housebuilder Miller Homes has revealed.

Miller is to take £15,000 off the cost of its showcase property at Willow Edge, bringing the price for the four-bedroom, fully-furnished home down to £215,000.

The Leighton property consists of a "spacious" master bedroom including an en-suite shower room, along with a cloakroom, utility room and integral garage.

Area sales manager for Miller Homes Yorkshire Jan Hanaby described the offer as "one of the best sales that any homebuyer can find".

"There is no need for any removals as buyers can just pick up their toothbrush and move in," she remarked.

Showhomes are also on sale at a property development in north Kent, where Countryside Properties has added two houses at its Waterstone Park site to the market after "steady demand" from costumers wanting to purchase homes at the development.ADNFCR-1100-ID-18963640-ADNFCR
