Visitors to a property development in West Boldon are now able to look around the site's first showhome after housebuilder Gladedale opened its doors to the public.
The four-bedroom property, which can be found at the firm's Hall Green Manor development ten miles outside of Newcastle, features an open-plan kitchen and dining room, along with an en-suite bathroom to accompany the master bedroom.
Sales director for Gladedale in the north-east Richard Jones said visitors to the site - which consists of 15 two to five-bedroom homes - will be able to "experience the character and charm of the development" through the property.
Prices at the development start from £179,995 for a two-bedroom mews property, while five-bedroom homes can be purchased from £444,995.
The showhome opening is the latest in a number of unveilings taking place across the country.
Barratt Mercia recently announced that two such properties are now open to the public at its Churchill Park site in Stoke on Trent, where prices for a three-bedroom home start at £146,500.
