Properties at a housing development in Sutton-in-Ashfield have been reduced as part of a new year offer from Miller Homes.

Ashtree Park has seen a number of price reductions, with the cost of the three-bedroom Wesley property being cut by £25,000 to £150,000.

Included in the three-storey open plan property is a study which could be converted into a fourth bedroom, while the second floor is dedicated to the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

And buyers interested in the home may be able to benefit from Miller's MiWay initiative, which enables purchasers to defer payment of 25 per cent of the property's price.

Jan Hanaby, area sales manager for Miller Homes Yorkshire, explained that this means buyers "could potentially purchase the Wesley from just £112,500, now and pay the remaining £37,500 later".

Elsewhere in the country, Miller Homes is offering buyers of a property at two developments in Liverpool the opportunity to take advantage of a free interior design service, which will result in the house being furnished to showhome standards.ADNFCR-1100-ID-18973692-ADNFCR
