Homes at a property development near Ashford are now available under Bryant Homes' new fastmover scheme.

The housebuilder has introduced the offer at its Bridgefield site, offering customers the opportunity to reduce the cost of a new home if they move in quickly.

Buyers of the £194,995 four-bedroom Charlseton property at the development can save as much as £20,000 off the price of the home, with those who complete a transaction within a fortnight paying £174,995.

And the offer is also in place on three-bedroom homes, which cost upwards of £229,995 using what Paula Carter of Bryant Homes has described as a "great incentive".

"Our homes consultants at Bridgefield will help anyone interested in taking advantage of this deal to get through the moving process as quickly as possible," she added.

Elsewhere in Kent, George Wimpey has a range of two, four and five-bedroom homes available at its Orchard Place site in Otford, where prices start at £299,995.ADNFCR-1100-ID-18974684-ADNFCR
