The doors of a showhome at a property development in Nottinghamshire have been opened to the public, Miller Homes has announced.
Located a few miles from Nottingham city centre, the home can be found at Laurel Wolds, a 27-property site on the outskirts of Cotgrave.
The five-bedroom London style showhome is built over three storeys and includes an "elegant" 24-foot lounge, along with a "luxurious" en-suite bathroom accompanying the master bedroom.
Sales director for Miller Homes Joy Goodman described the property as "really striking".
And she praised the area in which the Laurel Wolds site is located, describing Cotgrave as "a thriving yet peaceful suburb that provides relaxing contrast to the pace of city life".
Miller Homes has also introduced a new year incentive for buyers interested in making a purchase on Sutton-in-Ashfield.
The housebuilder has reduced the prices of a number of properties at its Ashtree Park site, with the three-bedroom Wesley style home now available for £150,000.
