Sales at a property development near Derby are on the increase despite the current downturn in the housing sector, Bryant Homes has claimed.
Five homes were sold in one weekend at the site, which is located in Hilton near Derby and featues a range of two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom houses.
Prices start at £99,995 for a two-bed apartment, at the development, which Bryant states are ideal for both first-time buyers or those looking to downsize.
And buyers looking for something larger may also be interested in the three-bedroom Wessex-style houses located at the site, which are priced upwards of £144,995 and feature a cloakroom, French doors leading to the rear garden and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
For those after an even bigger property, four-bedroom properties are also available from £189,995.
In related news, earlier this week Miller Homes announced the opening of a showhome at its Laurel Wolds development in Cotgrave, which features 27 properties.
