George Wimpey has given househunters in Scotland further choice with the opening of its Kelvindale Glade development.

The site, which is located close to the M8 and within easy travelling distance from Glasgow, features a range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, along with a number of three-bedroom, three-storey townhouses.

Prices at the development start at £145,000 and sales and marketing director for George Wimpey West Scotland Michelle Logie noted that the area is popular among a "wide range" of buyers.

"There's a fashionable collection of shops, restaurants and bars within minutes of our Kelvindale Glade development," she remarked, adding that residents will also be able to benefit from a "good mix" of primary, secondary and further education facilities in the area.

Kelvindale Glade is the second George Wimpey development to open in Scotland this month.

The Grange, a 70-property site in the north-west of Glasgow, is also now open for buyers.ADNFCR-1100-ID-18983071-ADNFCR
