Houses at a property development in Willenhall are selling fast, developer Barratt Homes has revealed.

The company has sold ten each of its two and three-bedroom properties at the West Midlands site, with the two-bed Pelham style homes having all been purchased.

However, a number of three-bedroom Shelburne properties are still on the market, priced at between £168,000 and £180,500.

Each of the properties feature a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, as well as a cloakroom and fitted kitchen.

The houses have been described by Barratt Homes' Graydon Worthing as the "quintessential family home" located in "contemporary and stylish surroundings".

"I would urge anyone to come and view these three-bedroom homes, as their size and scope can really be appreciated when potential buyers see first-hand what they have to offer," he added.

Elsewhere in the region, Barratt recently announced it has reduced prices at its Windermere House development in Stourport-upon-Severn by £23,800.ADNFCR-1100-ID-18983091-ADNFCR
