Barratt Homes' Ellesmere Grange site is ideal for Shrewsbury buyers looking for a property close to the town centre, the developer has claimed.
The site, which features a number of two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom houses, is located on St Michaels Street and is within walking distance from Shrewsbury's range of shops and amenities.
Sales director for Barratt Chris Ashmore noted that with car parking being an issue in the town, those who buy a property at the development will benefit from being able to commute into the centre on foot.

Earlier this week Barratt urged buyers considering a purchase at its Willenhall development in the West Midlands to act fast, stating that there is only a small number of homes still available.
