Buyers have been urged to act quickly if they are hoping to secure a new apartment a development in Hove.
Barratt Homes' The Gallery site features a range of properties, but there are currently only four apartments remaining - three two-bedroom homes and one three-bedroom penthouse suite.
Prices for the two-bed examples start at £309,995, while the penthouse, which includes three bathrooms and "spacious" terraces, is priced at £499,995.
The development is located close to the seafront and benefits from extensive rail services to London and Gatwick Airport via the nearby Brighton train station.
Managing director of Barratt Southern Region Gary Ennis described the development as an "enormous success".
"With interest rates at their lowest level ever and generous incentives, this is a fantastic time to buy," he remarked, noting that interested parties should contact the housebuilder "very soon".
