A property development in Shinfield has been chosen as the ideal location to raise a growing family by one couple.

Mark and Claire Jones have moved into a home at George Wimpey's Loddon Court site in the Berkshire village, along with their two young daughters.

The couple took advantage of the housebuilder's Easymover scheme, which enabled them to purchase a four-bedroom house at the site quickly, with George Wimpey paying estate agency fees for the sale of their old property.

Loddon Court features a range of three, four and five-bedroom houses and is located close to a range of shops and pubs in the village, while Reading is 15 minutes away by car and the M4 motorway provides easy access to London.

Prices for a property at the site begin at £249,995 for a three-bedroom home, while the four and five-bed examples are priced from £375,000 and £675,000 respectively.

Elsewhere in the country, George Wimpey recently revealed that buyers who move into its Marnel Park development in Basingstoke will be able to do so without paying a deposit.ADNFCR-1100-ID-18988707-ADNFCR
